If you have altered or otherwise customized your product in a manner that is permanent (embroidered, heat press, vinyl sticker, etc.), then returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted under any circumstance.
We process exchanges the same as returns. Simply purchase the new item(s) (including new shipping cost), and return the other item(s) to us. We do not charge a restocking fee (with exceptions, below). You pay return shipping. You may either wait for your refund first, or purchase the new item now. We process refund(s) in 1-2 Business day upon receipt of your item(s).
All sales are final on Stage Step and Silky Dance products - no returns.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee . We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know why you don't like it, and we are glad to accept a return within 7 days of the date of receipt. Contact us to get an RMA number. Buyer pays return shipping, with tracking. Refunds are less original shipping cost. (Please note: satisfaction guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from glamrgear.com; not to products purchased from any retail outlet.) Please contact us at email@example.com for any return requests that are beyond the 7-day period.
If you purchased your products through a retail store or a distributor, please contact that merchant for return/exchange. If you have purchased from glamrgear.com, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (and free of smoke smell). It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.
We highly recommend that you use a shipping method that has a tracking number.
Your refund will include the price of the bag and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges. If you ordered a Changing Station with 'free shipping', a $39 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (or $10 for HulaChange).
Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
To return your product, you should mark your RMA on box, and mail your product(s) to:

If you do not have the original shipping box, then it may be necessary for you to purchase the item again (or obtain your own shipping box). Once you receive the new item, please ship the original item back to us using the new shipping box. As soon as we receive the return, we will issue a refund of the new purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the method used to return the item causes there to be postage due upon receipt, the item will be refused and returned to you
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
