The SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra help you stretch farther when you add it to your warm-up stretching positions. Use it before every practice to increase your stretching motion. The SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra work for both static (hold) and dynamic (moving) stretching.

The SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra are very easy to use.
We have shown only a few of the many stretching and strengthening positions that you can use with the SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra. We have added video instruction and a Mobile APP to show you exactly how to use the SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra for Stretching and Strengthening.
Note: Recommended stretching programs with the SuperiorBand® and SuperiorBand® Ultra will vary depending on the one’s age, skill level, fitness level and activity being trained for.
Instructions:
1. Sit on the floor and place your legs in the butterfly position.
2. Loop one end of the SuperiorBand® or SuperiorBand® Ultra around the center of either foot.
3. Pull the SuperiorBand® or SuperiorBand® Ultra across your back and just above your hips to loop the other end around your opposite foot.
4. Slowly extend your legs into the straddle split stretching position.
5. Return legs to butterfly position and remove Superior Band one foot at a time.
