We have loved our glamr gear. Dark sparkle black was the best choice for my daughter since she has a new favorite color every few months. I've been researching dance bags with racks for my daughter (after many years and many competitions it was beyond time!) and I'm so glad I went with GG! I scored a factory 2nd silver standard size. It arrived very quickly (like 4 days and I ordered on a Sunday!) I cannot even see a reason on it for being a factory "oops," as it's perfect! We cannot wait until the next comp season to use it! The night that I ordered the bag I realized I should have gotten a few accessories too, so I put in an order for the shoe rack and the stool. I sent an email asking if they could possibly ship together with my GG bag so I might be able to save on the extra shipping. Within a couple of hours they had already emailed me back saying yes, they changed it so the orders will ship together and they had already refunded my $15 of shipping on that second order. Amazing customer service! I've been raving about GG to all my dance mom friends and they cannot wait to order theirs now too! One already snatched up the last factory 2nd! Now I just need to save up a little to get the other accessories and we'll be set! Thanks GG!

Had a great experience! Picked my factory second up from the warehouse since I live close, received a free gift. This bag won me over with its GORGEOUS glitter exterior, and the fact that you can close the bag while the garment rack is in use. Another huge selling point was this bags 4 wheels and included privacy curtain. Style and function!

Really love our Glam’r Gear bag . In trouble we have had is the top rods on each side Bend really easy. It has been happening also to other buyers in our dance company along with wheels falling off really easy. Love the bag just wish that part would not happen.

We got this because of the light interior, the 4 wheels, and the fact that my daughter absolutely lights up smiling when she sees all the sparkling glitter. (The glitter is sealed inside a coating and we haven't noticed any shedding during use). We didn't figure out what was "wrong" with this bag, because it seems perfect. She's young and can push this bag herself on 4 wheels, or can pull it by the handle. We had a few questions about using the rack and their facebook messenger customer service was amazing. Buy this if your kid loves the look. You won't be disappointed.

Glam'r Gear improved upon every feature imaginable. Tall rack, 4 wheels, light interior, changing curtain. Used it for the first time last weekend and it made managing the costumes and gear so easy. We purchased a factory second. Never did figure out the "flaw." Had a few questions about the set up and maintenance of the bag. All the questions answered in minutes along with video.
